Sailing on to Martha's Vineyard and then New York City

We still had enough time left in the summer, while there were hurricanes down south, so we decided to sail east and stop at Cuttyhunk and Martha's Vineyard. I can see why so many folks like Martha's Vineyard. We really enjoyed our several days there, traveling all over the island. It has such an old world New England flavor and NO fast food joints...which helped

Thanks to the gracious loan of a free marina slip that was right across from New York City, we got the chance to break our budget and eat, drink and enjoy theater like there was no tomorrow!!! We saw "Dirty Rotten Scrondrels" which was terrific and "Sweet Charity" which was very well done but rather dated material. We enjoyed a visit to the Frick Art Museum and toned up our leg muscles walking all over the city.
