Sailing Around Southern New England
Mass, Rhode Island, Conn, New York

After we sailed south from Maine we rounded Cape Ann in northern Mass and stopped for a few days on Gloschester. We took the train to Boston for a day trip from there. Then we sailed through the Cape Cod Canal south into Buzzards Bay and over to Rhode Island stopping first at Wickford, then on to Bristol, Newport and Jamestown.

Below Photos are in Newport, RI, one of our favorite places. We took tours of old "cottage" mansions, hiked the Cliffwalk for 4+ miles along the coast, and just enjoyed walking all around this historic, nautical town.
